We endeavour to deliver the next working day Sydney wide and within 48 hours to the other states of Australia (we dispatch fast, some delivery delays may occur due to the unexpected circumstances during transportation). We package our goods safely and securely to prevent damage.

Exchange & Returns

We are glad to exchange our products within 3 business days from the date of purchase. It’s the customer’s responsibility to pay for all freight charges in order to exchange the products.  ( PLEASE NOTE: FOR EXCHANGING THE PRODUCTS IT WILL ALSO BE SUBJECT TO PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY IN STOCK )

Returning or Exchanging products must be as per the original packaging. Failure to do that the products are strictly unacceptable for return or exchange.
