Refunds, Exchanges & Returns

  1. We will not Provide Refunds.
  2. Refunds are Provided only upon manufacturing defaults.
  3. We are glad to exchange our products within 3 business days from the date of purchase. It’s the customer’s responsibility to pay for to & from freight charges in order to exchange the products.  ( PLEASE NOTE: FOR EXCHANGING THE PRODUCTS IT WILL ALSO BE SUBJECT TO PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY IN STOCK )
  4. We need proof of purchase such as a Payment receipt OR a Bank transaction to provide a refund or exchange.
  5. It is our store policy to process a refund to the same card that was used for the original sale.
  6. We don’t provide any warranty on our products.
  7. It is your responsibility to make sure the purchased products are safely and securely hung on your walls.
  8. Returning or Exchanging products must be as per the original packaging. Failure to do that the products are strictly unacceptable for return or exchange.
